Returns and exchanges
Michele Franzese Moda intends to guarantee the complete satisfaction of its customers, offering them the possibility of returning one or more items and receiving a refund . The return must necessarily take place at the expense and under the responsibility of the Customer by sending an email requesting return authorization within 72 working hours of delivery and only on condition that the returned items are intact and never used. Michele Franzese Moda reserves the right to request images of the products to be returned to customers. From the authorization to return, the customer is required to use the fast shipping to carry it out, as the package must arrive at our office within 14 days, otherwise we will not accept the collection and the package will return to the customer.
To send one or more returns to Michele Franzese Moda, the Customer is required to comply with specific conditions:
A) - All items for sale on the Michele Franzese Moda website are delivered to the Customer with an authenticity tag attached to the garment using a disposable security seal with the Michele Franzese Moda logo. If necessary, the garment must be tried on without removing the tag and without tampering with the guarantee seal. The return will only be accepted with the security seal perfectly intact, which can be a plastic seal with its thread or, in the case of some shoes, a label placed on the sole. Under no circumstances will returns be accepted with the security seal cut, broken, detached, removed or tampered with.
B) - The items to be returned must not have been worn, ironed, washed or treated in any way.
C) - The items must necessarily be returned in the same conditions in which they were sent to the Customer and must be packaged and packaged appropriately.
D) - All the other labels of the garment, both in fabric and hanging, must necessarily be intact and in no case removed from the article.
E) - The goods to be returned must be delivered no later than 14 working days from the return authorisation
F) - The Customer who wishes to make a change of size, color or article must submit the return procedure and place a new order on the Michele Franzese Moda website.
Michele Franzese Moda reserves the right not to accept the returned goods and to send them back to the customer at the latter's expense.
G) We do not accept returns or exchanges for items with launch dates and/or Capsule collections.
H) Any defects in the items must be reported promptly within 72 working hours of receiving the order.
I) Returns/exchanges/collections of e-commerce orders in the boutiques can be made from Monday to Thursday from 10.00 to 17.00 and on Friday from 10.00 to 13.00, subject to authorization. To make the request, write an email to email@example.com
L) The courier, to ship the return, must be the same one used by us.
RETURN OR EXCHANGE PROCEDURE
A) - To request authorization to return or exchange, the Customer must send a request to firstname.lastname@example.org within 72 working hours of receiving the goods. The codes of the items to be returned must be specified in the e-mail. Once the return request has been received, the Michele Franzese Moda customer service will send the Customer a written confirmation with the specifications to follow.
B - The shipping price will be charged to the Customer.
Send the package to Michele Franzese Moda shipping office in the ASI Consortium Area, 81030 Teverola (CE), at Luxury Of love srl Michele Franzese. Shipping is at the risk and peril of the Customer: Michele Franzese Moda is not responsible for any loss or damage due to inadequate packaging or delay in delivery. The items must be returned in the same packaging with which they were received or with the same method and type of the same.
All returned items will be inspected by the Michele Franzese Moda staff who will verify compliance with the conditions and parameters listed in the return procedure. Michele Franzese Moda reserves the right to evaluate further charges that may be necessary to guarantee the re-sale of the returned items. These amounts will be established at the end of the assessment of the condition of the returns and communicated to the Customer.
C) In the event that a return request is made, the same will be effective subject to our authorization, the shipping costs and any customs charges will be charged to the customer.
The amount will be deducted from the final refund. If the customer chooses to receive a credit, he will receive a code that can be used for another order and in this case the amount will be the same as for the returned items. It is not possible to request credit coupons during sales periods.
D) In the event that the customer receives defective goods, or that errors occur in the shipments by Michelefranzesemoda.com, he is required to follow the same instructions above. Michelefranzesemoda.com reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods.
E) Swimwear and underwear (bikinis, briefs, boxers, etc.) must be tried on over your own personal underwear. Returns of such items will be refused and sent to the customer if the transparent hygiene protection label has been removed, or if the items show signs of use.
F) Returns authorized by Michelefranzesemoda.com must be shipped from the same country in which the original order was delivered.
G) Michelefranzesemoda also reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or returns that do not comply with all the conditions set forth.
H) Orders received between 13/12 and 24/12 may be changed or returned by sending the request by e-mail to email@example.com no later than 02/01/2022. Furthermore, the products in question will be accepted at our logistics center no later than 01/13/2022
For all aspects not specifically expressed, the European legislation for distance commerce prevails.

If the return procedure has been carried out correctly, in compliance with all the conditions, the Customer will receive an email confirming the return has been accepted. The due refund will be made by crediting your credit card (if the order was paid for by credit card), Paypal credit (if the order was paid for by Paypal) or bank transfer. For cash on delivery payments, we will ask customers if they wish to receive a coupon for the amount spent or a refund via bank transfer. We reserve the right to apply a restocking fee of 2% of the amount paid.
