Born in Grenoble, France, in 1952 the brand initially sold only sleeping bags. The idea of opening up also to the fashion sector was born as a result of the need to produce quilts for the workers of the same factory. Moncler is currently the world leader in the production of duvets and its products are designed to meet specific needs and climatic conditions impossible, to the point that the products are tested directly on the field by several samples in winter disciplines close to the brand. It offers the public a varied range of duvets, generally located in the luxury segment, with a widening of the market also towards the summer season. In 2009 Moncler created the Enfant line, offering baby and baby items and accessories up to 14 years.
