Delivery times are conditioned by the destination areas of the products.
Italy (DDP): delivery is indicatively expected within two working days from shipment.
EU European countries (DDP): delivery is indicatively expected within three working days of shipment.
Rest of the World: delivery is approximately expected within 4/5 working days from shipment.

During the sales period, deliveries will be expected within 72 working hours. There may be delays due to major causes, such as adverse weather conditions or customs deadlines.

Once the goods have been delivered, it is up to the Customer to carefully inspect the package before signing the delivery document. If the package is tampered with or not intact, the Customer can sign the delivery document with reservation or refuse the delivery.
