Why does Scalapay not allow me to pay by installments?

Our systems automatically assign each customer a maximum spending limit (Scalapay purchasing power).

Your purchasing power depends on various factors, such as, for example, the store you are purchasing from, the type of card used, whether you have already purchased with Scalapay and repaid your previous purchases without incurring delays.

If you are a new customer and have never purchased with Scalapay your purchasing power could be reduced and will increase over time the more you purchase with Scalapay without incurring payment delays.

Your purchasing power does not depend on the availability of your card.

Why can't I proceed with the order by entering my data?

To proceed with the purchase, the first step after placing the products in the cart is to complete all the required fields (name, surname, address, city, zip code, mobile phone) in order to complete the order correctly.

NB If you are already registered on the site, just click on "I am already registered" enter your credentials and all fields will be automatically completed.

 

 

Why can't I pay by credit card?

Your card may be declined for the following reasons:

1) The data requested for payment do not match those of your card.
2) A simple typographical error in one of the fields can cause the operation to be rejected.
3) You have not activated your security code (SCA): some credit cards, to protect you from online fraud, require an additional security code to be entered to confirm the payment.
4) Your card limit has been exceeded.
5) Your card has expired.

When will I receive my refund?

As soon as we receive your return in the MICHELE FRANCESE MODA warehouses and the items have been verified, we will process the refund.

If the return procedure has been carried out correctly, in compliance with all the conditions, the Customer will receive an email confirming the return has been accepted. The due refund will be made by crediting your credit card (if the order was paid for by credit card), Paypal (if the order was paid for by Paypal) or bank transfer. For cash on delivery payments, we will ask customers if they wish to receive a coupon for the amount spent or a refund via bank transfer. The 15 Euro surcharge for choosing cash on delivery as a payment method will not be refunded. It may take at least ten days for the refund to be credited to your account, due to bank delays.

 

 

Is it possible to cancel an order?

Cancellation can only be requested for orders that have not yet been processed.
